Why do you need my email address?
-To register we need your email to confirm your registration and your requests made in our app, we send offers, coupons, and news of our menu.
I have a particular food restriction, I can change some ingredients used?
-For sure! We will be glad to help you and propose dishes that may be suitable for you.
Which are your specialties?
-We have a full range menu from Japanese food and fish dishes all fresh and in season. We strongly suggest our regional plates!
Can I order through the app or Whatsapp?
-Both, you can use our app (with all options: Credit card, money, etc) or Whatsapp (just money) to make your payment.

What can I add some ingredients to my order? ![]()
- The list of ingredients is in our app, you can choose or in Note, you can write some specific ingredients you want like to use. Maybe, we don't have this specific ingredient and we let you know.
I'm a premier customer (monthly signature) can I change vary my menu or ingredients of foods I receive?
- Sure, you can change it previously (15 days) before we shipped it to you.
I would like to organize a meal for a party, how can I do it?
